Polina Lurie, the buyer of the apartment of People's Artist Larisa Dolina, expressed doubt about the sincerity of the singer's statements about the refund of the money for the deal. This was announced on December 7 by Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.

"My client is waiting for the complaint to be considered by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and hopes that the court will recognize the purchase and sale transaction as legitimate and return the legally acquired housing to Lurie," she told TASS.

Sviridenko also stressed that Lurie does not believe in the sincerity of Dolina's words about the return of money, said on the air of Channel One.

In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and Polina Lurie, who bought an apartment from her, as a result, the court recovered more than 69 million rubles in her favor as part of the criminal case. In September, the court dismissed Lurie's appeal. The Moscow City Court recognized the legal decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter. On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation.

In early December, the buyer of the apartment rejected the artist's proposal, which she made after the Supreme Court demanded the case file, for a settlement agreement in the fraud case as unacceptable. Dmitry Borisov, the host of the "Let them Talk" program, said that Lurie refused to comment and urged them to wait for the court's decision.

Lawyer Lurie Sviridenko announced on December 6 that Lurie would not withdraw his complaint from the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. According to her, Lurie did not accept the proposed conditions and intends to defend her rights exclusively through the courts. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will consider the dispute over Dolina's apartment on December 16. The materials of the singer's civil case were transferred to the judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for consideration.
