In the Lipetsk region, a repeat offender was sentenced to 24 years in prison for crimes against the sexual integrity of 34 children. This was announced on September 19 by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Lipetsk region.

According to investigators, in 2022, the man, while serving his sentence in a correctional institution for committing crimes against sexual integrity, conducted active correspondence on social networks with minors. He abused the trust of 34 children between the ages of 6 and 15 in order to obtain intimate photos from them.

It is clarified that the perpetrator presented himself as the same age as the children and sent them images of intimate content, receiving nude photos in return. After that, he blackmailed the children into sending him new photos of a counseling nature and performing sexual acts on video.

The UK notes the extensive work on collecting the evidence base. It is noted that the investigators established the location of all the victims in various regions of the country.

The perpetrator was sentenced to 24 years of imprisonment to be served in a special regime colony.

The man was found guilty of 35 episodes of crimes provided for in paragraphs "a, b" of Part 5 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code ("Other sexual acts"), paragraphs "b, c" of Part 3 of Article 133 of the Criminal Code ("Forcing a person to commit other sexual acts by blackmail"), part 5 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code ("Lewd acts"), paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code ("Production and distribution of pornographic materials among minors"), part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code ("Attempt to manufacture and distribute pornographic materials among minors"), the management explains.

Earlier, on September 10, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia in the Vladimir region opened a criminal case accusing Ivan Sukhov, a polygamist and father of 14 children, of lewd acts after his daughter claimed harassment on his part.

In December last year, Sukhov spoke about the inspection of his family after a high-profile interview. The next day, the man shared that there was a good atmosphere in his family. Sukhov suggested that the close attention to his family is due to "raging feminism."
