Rapper Goof was fined 10,000 rubles for not paying another parking fine.

A court in Moscow fined 10 thousand rubles to rapper Gufa (real name — Alexey Dolmatov) due to non-payment of another parking fine on time. The materials were made available to Izvestia on April 14.

It is reported that in September last year, the rapper was given an administrative fine of 5,000 rubles for non-payment of parking. However, he did not deposit the funds within the time limit stipulated by Russian law.

The case file contains a copy of the resolution issued by the auditor of the State Committee of the Russian Federation on bringing Dolmatov to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Article 8.14 of the Law of the City of Moscow ("Non-payment for placing a vehicle in a paid city parking lot"). Thus, Gufa was brought to administrative responsibility and fined twice the amount of 10 thousand rubles.

On the same day, the Moscow Regional Court received the materials of Gufa's appeal in the case of arbitrariness. On February 26, the Naro-Fominsk City Court of the Moscow region found Gufu guilty and imposed a one-year suspended sentence. The second person involved in the case, Gevorg Sarukhanyan, was also given one year of probation. Prior to that, the prosecutor had requested two years of probation for them.

The incident involving Dolmatov occurred on October 23, 2024 in the Moscow region at the premises of a sauna and wellness complex in the Naro-Fominsk city district. It was noted that the musician and Sarukhanyan came into conflict with the man, also stealing his phone. Sarukhanyan twisted the victim, and the rapper threatened him and punched the man in the face several times.
