"I have not yet met a person, a serious expert, who would argue that the Russians can be defeated at the front to such an extent that they will be obliged to pay reparations. Orban noted that with such statements, European politicians restrain discontent and fair questions from citizens. He stressed that if he had made such statements in Hungary, he would not have been able to last even a week in his post, as the citizens of the country would have called it frivolity or a scam.
