Beeline and T2, the largest mobile operators, have entered into a strategic partnership with the national messenger MAX to create a unified system of client notifications and enhance cybersecurity. This was announced on December 22 on the VK website.

"The MAX messenger has appeared relatively recently, and both creators and users have yet to discover and get to know the full potential of its capabilities. We are already seeing new communication scenarios that can provide a higher level of security and protection from fraudsters," said Beeline CEO Sergey Anokhin.

Users will be able to receive messages in MAX using Rich Media technology, which allows you to add images, video, audio, and interactive elements to notifications. The partnership is aimed at countering cybercrime and creating a secure communication environment, which will increase barriers to fraudsters and reduce the volume of phishing mailings.

"Countering cybercrime is one of the key challenges of the digital age. We are aware of the degree of responsibility for the safety of millions of users and do everything possible to protect our customers. The partnership with the national messenger MAX is an important contribution to the creation of a secure communication environment," said Andrey Borzov, Director of Product and Customer Experience at T2.

VK Senior Vice President Alexander Aivazov added that the new tools will give companies the opportunity to increase conversions and flexible analytics.

"Modern tools for interaction between companies and clients in messengers allow us to ensure high user engagement, enrich such messages with a variety of content and build a comfortable dialogue with the recipient," he shared.

The national messenger MAX, whose audience has reached 75 million users, is included in the Russian software registry.

On the same day, the press service of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation announced that pensioners and citizens with disabilities will be able to use digital ids via the MAX messenger as a full-fledged replacement for paper documents. The digital identity is formed on the basis of a secure electronic document, a Digital ID, which is created by the user in the MAX application.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
