- The buyer of Lurie refused an installment payment refund for the apartment by Dolina
Polina Lurie, the buyer of the apartment of People's Artist Larisa Dolina, refused the offer of a settlement agreement, calling the terms of payment of money in installments for many years unacceptable. Lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko told Izvestia about this on December 5.
"Unfortunately, the proposed option is absolutely unacceptable and unfair for us. <...> Polina does not intend to profit from this situation, but she will not agree to bonded terms," Sviridenko said.
According to the lawyer, Dolina's representative proposed a scheme for a gradual repayment of funds for an apartment that has been stretched over many years, without taking into account inflation and compensation for potential bank interest. Sviridenko clarified that her client has already paid property tax for 2024 on disputed real estate, which exceeds 100 thousand rubles, and will face a similar payment in 2025.
The lawyer also commented on Larisa Dolina's upcoming appearance on the federal channel. According to her, Lurie also received an invitation to participate in the program, but declined it.
"Polina is a non—public person. She wants to protect herself and her children from excessive attention and does not intend to turn a personal tragedy into a TV show. We are counting on a resolution of the situation not on the stage, but on a fair court decision exclusively in the legal field," concluded Sviridenko's lawyer.
Earlier that day, Larisa Dolina said that the scammers who convinced her to sell her apartment in Moscow had been following her and her children, as well as sending threats. However, she stressed that she had not commented on the situation for a long time, because at first she was "shocked," and later signed a non-disclosure document.
Prior to that, Dolina director Sergey Pudovkin said that the singer could not physically comment on the scandal with the apartment due to her busy schedule, but was preparing to make an official statement on December 5. He acknowledged that the situation was difficult, and noted that the wave of criticism against the singer began after the court decision.
In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow ruled in favor of Dolina on counterclaims by singer and customer Polina Lurie, as a result, the court recovered more than 69 million rubles in her favor as part of a criminal case.
On September 8, the court dismissed Lurie's appeal. However, the Moscow City Court recognized the legal decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter. On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation.
A correspondent for Izvestia reported from the courtroom on November 28 that the defendants in the Dolina apartment sale case had been sentenced to up to seven years in prison.
