"In the case of the high-rise building on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, it is most likely about the sale of areas that could previously be used as a mini-hotel. Without fragmentation, such facilities are of interest to large investors — for a small hotel and daily rental, or for renovation and sale of apartments separately," explained Ivanov.

However, according to him, one of the problems of such transactions is the difficulties in attracting borrowed funds, since at current market rates it is difficult to ensure the required profitability.
