A court in Moscow has declared illegal information in blogger Alex Leslie's posts.

A Moscow court has declared information posted by blogger and pickup coach Alex Leslie (real name Alexander Kirillov) banned from distribution due to calls for sexual violence. This was announced on October 15 by the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office.

"On the Alex Leslie channel, which is viewable by an unlimited number of people, [Kirillov] posted a publication inciting to commit violent acts of a sexual nature with violence against victims, and on the website he sold body training courses containing similar illegal information," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that the Tver interdistrict prosecutor filed an administrative lawsuit with the court demanding that the information posted on two Internet sites be banned from distribution in Russia.

The court satisfied the prosecutor's demands, and the execution of the decision is under control.

On August 26, the court remanded Leslie in custody in absentia. The blogger is charged with inciting to rape (part 4 of art. 33 and part 1 of Art. 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Criminal cases have also been initiated against a number of his followers for committing violent acts of a sexual nature (Part 1 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). According to law enforcement agencies, Kirillov is currently outside Russia and is on the federal wanted list. Kirillov himself told Izvestia that he was in Spain, but he did not rule out that he would leave the country soon.

On June 27, a follower of Leslie from the Tula region was detained in Moscow, who, on the advice of a blogger, took part in the filming of scandalous videos. Later, the Investigative Committee of Russia announced the continuation of the investigation of the case.

According to the blogger, the girls who suffered from harassment are "typical victims." In his opinion, a "confident" woman allegedly would not have asked for help. In addition, the influencer called himself a pickup guru and said that he conducts seduction courses.
