Family on contract: how sex coach Alex Leslie's business works
Sex coach Alexander Kirillov, better known as Alex Leslie, against whom the UK has opened a criminal case for inciting to rape, conducts his scandalous trainings under the guise of scientific activity, Izvestia found out. To sell his services, he built a network of companies in Russia, Poland and Israel, which, according to documents, are engaged in scientific research and additional education for children and adults. Some of these companies are registered to Kirillov's parents. Leslie himself told Izvestia that he is currently in Spain and does not intend to cease his activities. Details about how his business is built, what research on arrhythmia and "killer waves" have to do with it are in the Izvestia investigation.
"Everything is fine with me"
— I'm in Spain now. I will have broadcasts, stories, everything is OK," Alexander Kirillov, alias Alex Leslie, said in correspondence with a correspondent of Izvestia on the morning of July 2. — But I am incredibly mobile, so at the time of your publication I may already be in another country.
When asked if the law enforcement agencies had taken any actions against him, his relatives or business partners after the initiation of the criminal case, he gives a short answer: "No."
It was not by chance that we asked about Alex Leslie's relatives. An open data study has shown that his father, Sergey Kirillov, is directly involved in his son's business — he is the founder or co-founder of a number of companies selling scandalous courses and trainings. Moreover, they are registered both in Russia and in Europe.
Longing for a foreign country
The desire to expand his activities outside of Russia at one time almost cost Alex Leslie his freedom. In 2018, he and Anastasia Vashukevich (Nastya Rybka) were detained in Thailand for conducting illegal sex training. In 2019, a court in Pattaya sentenced them to probation and deported them.
At the same time, a criminal case was opened in Russia against Kirillov and Vashukevich for involvement in prostitution. However, judging by the fact that at least Vashukevich periodically comes to Moscow, and in 2022 she registered an educational business in the capital, this business has not developed.
In an attempt to expand his audience, Leslie became active in Ukraine in 2021: the Alex Leslie company in Kiev was created specifically to promote the courses. His offline trainings were also announced there under the guise of field events, including in Odessa. The corresponding website offered "a vacation full of sexual adventures and racy acquaintances on the Black Sea" — with an emphasis on seducing "all the fiery beauties of Ukraine."
This legal entity still exists, but for obvious reasons it does not function.
Behind my father's back
Leslie did not forget about the Russian audience, but, as Izvestia found out, he preferred not to appear in business directly. To pay for Russian courses, he uses the banking details of his father Sergey Kirillov's IP. In 2022, he registered in the city of Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region, with the main activity — "additional education for children and adults." The contact e-mail and the website domain match the official resources of Alex Leslie.
Judging by one of the domains associated with Leslie, the cost of his courses varies from 60 to 100 thousand rubles. At the same time, the details of the IP of his father are indicated in the details of the website. They are also listed in the public offer for buyers of trainings and courses. Alex Leslie himself is not inclined to exaggerate the role of his father in his business.
— My father does not want to retire in Russia, he is looking for business activity, and I offered him a job. He is engaged exclusively in economic activities, which is required by law. He does not violate my copyrights, there is an agreement to grant him the right to use my works on the territory of the Russian Federation," Leslie explained to Izvestia.
However, the involvement of Sergei Kirillov's father is not limited to Russian jurisdiction. To conduct business in Europe (paid trainings are also held there periodically), a company was established in Poland — Naxil AI Systems.
At first glance, this structure is not related to learning. According to the registration documents, its activities are the manufacture of computers and peripheral devices, scientific research, including in the field of healthcare, IT consulting, software development.
"The Polish company is involved in cooperation with Polish clinics and research institutes," Leslie told Izvestia, referring to his scientific activities (which are described below).
However, no traces of the scientific activities of Naxil AI Systems could be found in the public domain. At the same time, it is obvious that this Polish legal entity is engaged in the administration of Alex Leslie's website. At the bottom of its main page there is information: "Using the materials of the alexlesley website.biz is possible only with the written permission of the administration of the website of Naxil AI Systems Sp. z o.o."
In addition, the details of the Polish company are specified in the public offer agreement for the online sale of Leslie's bestsellers "A New Life without Panties" and "The Game of the Master and the Huntress."
Thus, this company is officially the copyright holder of all the content of the site and is responsible for its commercial activities. According to the registration documents, the company is owned by Sergey Kirillov and Natalia Kirillova. Moreover, Poland is indicated as the place of residence of the owners.
It is not known whether Leslie's parents are actually in this country right now (Sergey Kirillov did not respond to Izvestia's inquiries through available contacts). But Leslie himself is there regularly.
Interestingly, even in mundane details, he shows ingenuity. For example, in order to move freely around Poland in his Russian-registered car, he went to the trick and redesigned the registration plate of his Range Rover: instead of the standard Russian license plates, which may raise questions or unnecessary attention, he styled the plate in a European format, while retaining the usual letters and numbers for Russian license plates. This "Europeanization" of the number allows you to avoid unnecessary questions on the roads and facilitates everyday trips in a European country.

Science or pseudoscience?
In an interview with Izvestia, Alex Leslie mentioned the alleged interaction of Naxil AI Systems with clinics and research institutes for a reason.
According to him, pickup truck training is not his main activity at all. Moreover, the income from it, according to the businessman's own assurance, goes to a good cause — he invests in scientific developments in the field of cardiology, in particular, the treatment of arrhythmias and heart attack prediction.
— I have another company in Israel. At the last cardiocongress in Venice in 2022, we presented the architecture of a predictive medicine neuromachine, a system capable of detecting and treating cardiac diseases even before the appearance of clinical symptoms, at the stage of prognostic signs," Leslie told Izvestia.
Also, in a conversation about the field of his scientific interests, he mentioned the "cardiac activity management system for prolonging human life", "the concept of predictive wave activity management for marine energy generation systems", technology applicable in "critical systems: from nuclear energy to transport flows", "solutions for wind turbine plantations", and also put to his credit, "an explanation of the mechanism of the killer wave."
At the time of publication, the editors were unable to verify the relevance and value of these studies among the interviewed scientists.
However, it seems that the only documented contribution of the Kirillov father and son to science was a patent issued in their name by Rospatent in 2011 for the invention of "A method for preprocessing vibration sensor signals for engine diagnostics."
In 2018, one of the Kirillovs' firms, Center for Intelligent Forecasting Systems LLC (90% of the authorized capital belongs to Sergey Kirillov), became a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation. This provides, in particular, significant tax benefits, the opportunity to receive grants, etc. However, judging by the Skolkovo website, the company's activity was limited to three publications in February 2018 with news about work on a "cloud-based PHM cluster for predicting heart failure and optimizing drug therapy."
In 2019, the center was stripped of its Skolkovo resident status. Nothing is known about the fate of his developments. And the company itself is currently in liquidation status.
The risks of criminal prosecution of Leslie's relatives
In a situation where the contribution of Alex Leslie and his father to science is difficult to assess, all public attention is focused on the "non-core" activities of a sex coach.
Izvestia's interlocutor, who is connected with law enforcement agencies, did not rule out that in addition to the case of inciting to rape, the control authorities may also be interested in the financial schemes of the family's business. This is also supported by the fact that over the past couple of years, criminal cases have been initiated on charges of tax evasion and money laundering against many bloggers. The standard scheme in these cases was the fragmentation of the business, including the use of individual entrepreneurs.
Leslie himself claims: "I run an honest business in the world, I pay all taxes in Israel and Poland, as well as all taxes in the Russian Federation." However, lawyers do not rule out that not only he, but also his relatives may fall into the orbit of criminal prosecution under certain circumstances.
According to Vitaly Maryasov, a lawyer at the Yenisei Siberia Bar Association, Kirillov's parents, who are responsible for the sale of the courses, may be held accountable if their real involvement in the creation and promotion of these courses is proven. However, the expert emphasizes, it is extremely difficult to confirm such involvement in practice.
According to the lawyer, if Leslie used his relatives' sole proprietors to run a business, but the latter were not aware of the nature of the activity, the current law does not provide for criminal liability for them.
The interest of law enforcement agencies may be aroused by the father's version that he knew about the activities, supported his son and played a significant role in his business, as well as his claims that he trusted his son, did not know anything about the essence of the activity, did not sign documents and was not involved at all, says the lawyer, managing partner. — However, the principle that the law has no retroactive effect is a lifeline for Kirillov's father in the latter case. Criminal liability for the nominal conduct of business by an individual entrepreneur will enter into force only on April 5, 2025 (amendments to art. 173.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). These rules cannot be applied to legal relations that arose before that date," the lawyer noted.
Judging by the communication, Alex Leslie himself does not consider criminal prosecution a serious threat. Moreover, he stated that the scandal and the initiation of proceedings against him had only benefited the business — allegedly the number of requests for full-time pickup training, participation in online trainings and requests for personal mentoring had increased significantly.
