A Russian serviceman of the Vostok group of forces single-handedly defeated a group of five soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) during the liberation of the settlement of Novogrigorivka, Zaporizhia region. This was reported on October 8 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Russian army had liberated Novogrigorovka. It was noted that the enemy suffered significant losses, including more than 385 militants, a tank, 17 vehicles, four artillery pieces, as well as electronic warfare stations.
