On September 12, Moscow's Nikulinsky Court blocked access to a website that offered the services of an assassin.

According to RIA Novosti, with reference to the case materials, a lawsuit was filed by the military prosecutor, who discovered that the site contains information about the provision of murder services available to any Internet user, including minors.

Thus, the court emphasized that the Russian Federation provides for liability for organizing murder for remuneration, as well as for incitement and complicity in the commission of a crime.

"Since materials on the possibility of providing services for the murder of a person are freely available on the specified site, the court concludes that the information contained on it is subject to recognition as prohibited for distribution to the address, as well as actions related to the posting of this information," the court's decision says.

Earlier, on July 14, investigators detained in Kuzbass the perpetrator of a contract killing of a local criminal boss committed in 2018. It was clarified that the incident occurred on the night of July 27, 2018 in a cafe on Metallurg Avenue in Novokuznetsk. Then the body of the criminal boss was found by law enforcement agencies.
