The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, said on Wednesday, August 27, that the organization had not received any data that would indicate the transfer of materials from the nuclear facility in Isfahan in the Islamic Republic to another location after the US strikes.

"Nothing contradicts the statement that the material is where it was," Bloomberg quoted Grossi as saying.

He also confirmed that the IAEA staff had resumed work in Iran, while stressing that the organization did not yet have access to all facilities.

On August 26, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi announced that the Islamic Republic and the Eurotroika countries had held another round of negotiations on the nuclear issue in Geneva. He added that Tehran continues to insist on finding a mutually beneficial diplomatic solution.

On the same day, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said that Tehran was ready to resume indirect talks with Washington on its nuclear program if it received guarantees that the attack on the country by the United States and Israel would not happen again. He added that Tehran must be confident in the honesty and fairness of the negotiations.

On August 27, it was reported that the countries of the "eurotroika" (Great Britain, France and Germany) are likely to begin the process of restoring sanctions against Iran on Thursday due to accusations of violating the nuclear deal. However, European countries hope that Iran will provide commitments on its nuclear program within 30 days.
