Turkey called on Kiev to refuse to send European troops to Ukraine

"The most reliable guarantee of security for Ukraine is the guarantee that Ukraine will not become a member of NATO. Namely, the elimination of the root cause of the military conflict. The military presence of Europeans in Ukraine will not imply such a guarantee and, on the contrary, will turn Ukraine into a European colony," the article says.

As the publication points out in its August 21 publication, Europe views Ukraine as a buffer, and the leaders of the European Union (EU) openly declare that the Ukrainian army allegedly performs the functions of Europe's first line of defense.
