The court in Moscow seized the real estate of Jehovah's Witnesses in the regions of the Russian Federation according to the claim of the State Enterprise

The Moscow court decided to seize the immovable property of the organization "Jehovah's Witnesses" (recognized as extremist in the Russian Federation and banned) into the ownership of the state of the Russian Federation, supporting the relevant claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. This is stated on July 31 in the message of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

The Kuzminsky District Court has considered a claim for invalidation of a donation agreement concluded between the Tolyatti organization of Jehovah's Witnesses and the Religious Community of Jehovah's Witnesses in Sweden.

"The court has satisfied the claims," the Maks courts channel says.

Thus, the entry on the ownership of 123 properties in the Russian Federation by the Swedish community of the banned organization must be cancelled in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

They include 63 residential and commercial real estate objects with an area of more than 11 thousand square meters, as well as 60 land plots with an area of 5.6 hectares. The lands are located in Moscow, Moscow, Leningrad, Novgorod, Pskov, Tula, Rostov, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Belgorod, Lipetsk, Samara regions, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, the republics of Khakassia, North Ossetia—Alania, Sakha (Yakutia), Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
