A resident of St. Petersburg named Mayakovsky was arrested in Moscow for hooliganism.

The Ostankino District Court in Moscow arrested a man named Mayakovsky, who came from St. Petersburg, for 15 days for hooliganism. This was announced on July 31 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

It is noted that a protocol on an administrative offense has been drawn up against Artemy Mayakovsky under Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Minor hooliganism involving disobedience to the lawful request of a government representative").

According to the court, on the evening of July 30, a guest of the capital plucked flowers from a flower bed near the bank building on Butyrskaya Street, after which he began to molest passing girls and passers-by. At the same time, a resident of St. Petersburg used obscene language and did not respond to the demands of police officers to calm down.

On July 21, a Muscovite who came to Red Square with a goat was arrested for five days. The Tverskoy District Court examined the case against Magomed Magomedov and found that on the evening of July 18, he was on Red Square, walking an animal in an unintended place, and using obscene language. A protocol has been drawn up for minor hooliganism.
