- The media reported on the blocking of accounts of the new owner of the apartment by Dolina
The tax service has blocked transactions on the accounts of entrepreneur Polina Lurie, who bought the apartment of singer Larisa Dolina. Information about this on July 22 follows from the tax data.
According to RIA Novosti, the decision was made on July 6. The agency cites non-compliance with the 20-day deadline for submitting Lurie's tax return as the reason. Other details are not specified.
Prior to that, on July 20, Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko told Izvestia that the entrepreneur was not going to sell the apartment she had inherited after the scandal. This is how she commented on media reports about Lurie's alleged desire to sell real estate in Khamovniki.
Lurie received the keys to an apartment in Moscow on January 19 after a lengthy trial with Dolina, following which the Moscow City Court issued a final decision on the singer's eviction. The new owner changed the keys in the apartment and announced her intention to continue suing the seller, from whom she intended to receive compensation for the expenses incurred.
On February 2, Sviridenko described the condition of the property as good. In addition, at that time, all utility bills had been paid off.
On December 16 last year, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.
