Courier of telephone fraudsters convicted in Lipetsk

In Lipetsk, a verdict was passed against a 25-year-old man who was accused of participating in a fraudulent scheme. He took more than 500 thousand rubles from two pensioners.

According to the prosecutor's office, the native of the Moscow region came to Lipetsk on the instructions of accomplices in July 2025. He met with the two victims and took them away from them. 350 thousand and 220 thousand rubles. This is reported by GOROD48. The man handed over the money to the curators, keeping part of the amount for himself as a reward.

The accused was sentenced to three years in prison.

In the Kamchatka Territory, police officers detained a 32-year-old Muscovite who is suspected of participating in an organized criminal group and stealing more than 45 million rubles from two residents of the region. The suspect was supposed to pick up the money from a local courier and transport it to the capital.
