The air defense forces destroyed 95 Ukrainian UAVs over the territory of Russia overnight.

Air Defense Forces[node:summary] 95 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were destroyed over the territory of Russia last night. This was announced on February 27 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"During the past night, from 23:00 Moscow time on February 26 to 07:00 Moscow time on February 27, 95 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that the drones were eliminated over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Orel, Smolensk, Tver, Tula regions, as well as over the territories of the Krasnodar Territory and the Moscow region. In addition, five drones were eliminated on approach to Moscow.

The new complexes are guaranteed to destroy firing points during attacks on enemy fortified areas.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported a day earlier that air defense systems destroyed 53 unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of the Russian Federation within three hours, 12 of them were eliminated over the Moscow region.
