The American aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford has left the US military base on the island of Crete and headed towards the Middle East. This was reported on February 26 by the local Kriti360 portal.
"The American nuclear aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford <...> left on Thursday (February 26. — Ed.) from the naval base of the Court. It is estimated that it will reach Israeli waters within the next 24 hours," the publication says.
