FC Ufa is conducting an internal investigation into the incident with player Agapov.

Ufa Football Club (FC) has begun conducting an internal audit in connection with information about the detention of defender Ilya Agapov. This was announced on February 25 by the team's press service.

Earlier, the media reported that the athlete was allegedly detained for entering the building of a children's music school while intoxicated.

"The media's interpretation is wrong and tarnishes the reputation of both the football player and the club. At the moment, the club is already conducting an internal investigation into the incident," the FC Telegram channel says.

They added that at the moment Agapov, along with the team, continues to prepare for the resumption of the season as usual.
