Peskov announced Moscow's openness to negotiations on Ukraine
The Russian side continues its special military operation in Ukraine, but it is always open to a peaceful settlement of the conflict. This was announced on February 4 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"Russia continues a special military operation. The doors for a peaceful settlement are open. Russia maintains its openness," he said at a briefing.
According to him, the Russian position is very clear and understandable to both Kiev and the American mediators who are involved in organizing the trilateral negotiations. Peskov expressed gratitude to the United States, but noted that the relevant decision has not yet been made by the Ukrainian side.
He also noted that the Russian military continues to hit targets associated with the enemy's military complex.
