On January 29, Acting rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School, director Konstantin Bogomolov, in an interview with Izvestia, expressed confidence in Russia's victory in the Ukrainian conflict and noted the important role of art in this process.

"I absolutely believe that we will win. Because we're right. We are defending not only our country, but also the values that are the basis of human existence. Those are the values that make a person human," Bogomolov said.

In addition, he noted that the primary role of cultural figures is to be with the country. In his opinion, they should contribute to the formulation of key values, serve as a source of inspiration and provide comprehensive support.

A source from Izvestia reported on January 23 that Bogomolov was appointed acting rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School after it became known on January 14 that the rector of the Moscow Art Theater Studio School, Honored Artist of Russia Igor Zolotovitsky, had died at the age of 65.
