This was announced on Friday morning, January 9, by the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on state Construction, Andrei Klishas.

"The direct rejection of international law by one of the permanent members of the UN Security Council creates a fundamentally new legal reality in the world," his Telegram channel says.
