Singer Larisa Dolina can be forcibly evicted from Polina Lurie's apartment, but the procedure will take time, and she has the opportunity to vacate the premises until about January 20th. Lawyer Danil Prokopenko told about it on December 29.

"With the fastest work of the court and the bailiff, Dolina has time to move out of the apartment until about January 20th," TASS quoted the lawyer as saying.

The lawyer explained that the procedure involves a number of actions, after which the bailiffs give 10 working days for voluntary eviction. If it does not happen, forced eviction will follow. At the same time, the singer can apply for a postponement, but, as lawyer Polina Pavlova noted, the court had previously rejected her request for a postponement until January 10, 2026, and a second appeal is pointless.

The lawyer also added that in order to execute the decision of the Moscow City Court, it is necessary to wait for the production of a full judicial act, obtain a writ of execution and contact the bailiffs. Taking into account the New Year holidays, it may be difficult for the plaintiffs to execute the decision before the end of 2025, but this is not excluded.

Senior partner Evgenia Peshkova suggested that, most likely, Dolina had been consulted on the timing, there would be no forced eviction and she would move out voluntarily.

Sviridenko said on December 25 that Lurie did not want to apply to bailiffs for forced eviction by Dolina, but she was ready for it. However, before that, Dolina herself had asked her to allow her to live in an apartment in Khamovniki for a few more months. It was noted that the singer asked for more time because she did not have time to pack her things. But Lurie's lawyer stated that her client does not intend to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.

On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized ownership of the disputed apartment as Dolina za Lurie. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.
