Lurie plans to collect court costs for the apartment from Dolina.

Polina Lurie intends to demand compensation from singer Larisa Dolina for court costs in the case of recognizing the apartment deal in Khamovniki as legitimate. This was announced on December 26 by the buyer's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko.

"I will definitely recover the court costs," she told RIA Novosti.

On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed apartment of the singer. The court also decided to cancel all the decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment by Dolina.

On December 25, the Moscow City Court decided to evict Dolina from a five-room apartment in the Khamovniki district. Subsequently, the actress left her home.

Lawyer Lurie said that Dolina asked her to allow her to live in an apartment in Khamovniki for a few more months. It was clarified that the singer asked for more time, as she does not have time to pack her things. At the same time, Lurie's lawyer said that her client does not plan to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.
