Lawyer Andrey Alyoshkin said that after the court decides to evict Larisa Dolina from her apartment in Khamovniki, she will have up to 30 days to leave the house and transfer it to Polina Lurie.

"The decision on forced eviction is made by the appellate instance, it comes into force immediately after the meeting. The court may set the time for the execution of the judgment — from 10 to 30 days. During this period, Dolina will have to leave the apartment," Alyoshkin explained in an interview with the website. aif.ru on Wednesday, December 17th.

On December 16, the Supreme Court considered Lurie's complaint against the decision in the Dolina apartment case and recognized Lurie's ownership of the disputed apartment. The singer herself was not present at the meeting, reports 360.ru . In addition, the Supreme Court of Russia also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the artist's apartment. In the near future, a lower court will begin considering a claim for the forced eviction of the actress. The Supreme Court sent the issue of the singer's eviction for a new appeal to the Moscow City Court to clarify the circumstances necessary for the proper resolution of the dispute.

Larisa Dolina will be able to live in the disputed apartment in Khamovniki until the decision of the appellate instance is made. At the same time, the ownership of housing was previously recognized by Polina Lurie. As Lyudmila Aivar, an honored Lawyer of Russia, noted in an interview with NSN, there may be a problem with the eviction of Dolina's minor granddaughter from the apartment. She added that even if the child remains registered in the apartment, he will have the right to live there, but his mother and grandmother will not be able to, because this apartment no longer belongs to them.

In August 2024, Larisa Dolina announced that she had become a victim of fraud and, on their instructions, sold an apartment in the center of Moscow. Realizing that she had been deceived, she contacted the police, the website writes kp.ru . Despite the fact that Polina Lurie bought a house as a bona fide buyer, the singer managed to return the property through the court. On December 5, Dolina announced her intention to return the money for the apartment live on the federal TV channel, specifying that she would not be able to pay the entire amount at once, IA Regnum reports.
