- Larisa Dolina's namesake proved the right to an apartment purchased without a contract
The Lyubinsky court of the Omsk region ordered Larisa Dolina's namesake to recognize the ownership of the apartment and land plot that she bought, but could not formalize due to the fact that the transaction was oral, and the sellers left Russia. Izvestia reviewed the case file on November 19.
According to the court's decision, the singer's full namesake Larisa Dolina paid 12 million rubles for real estate, which is confirmed by a receipt. Since the defendants in the case live abroad, the woman did not have the opportunity to register ownership out of court.
"To satisfy the claims of Dolina L.A. To recognize the concluded apartment purchase and sale agreement. To recognize the ownership of a residential building, an apartment with an area of 29.5 square meters, for the Valley of L.A. and the ownership of a land plot with an area of 240 square meters," reads the decision published on the court's website.
Thus, the court concluded that despite the absence of a written agreement, the transaction was actually executed by both parties.
In August 2024, the singer succumbed to the tricks of telephone scammers, lost her savings and even sold the apartment at their request. For three months, from April to June, malefactors based in Ukraine methodically deceived Dolina, forcing her to transfer funds to them. Realizing that she had been deceived, the actress turned to law enforcement agencies.
In March of this year, the Khamovnichesky district court of the capital ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and Lurie. The court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of the actress in the framework of the criminal case.
Later, on September 8, it was reported that Lurie's appeal was denied. The Moscow City Court also recognized the legal decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter.
On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation.
