Former Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) was added to the list of terrorists and extremists in Russia. The relevant information was posted on the official website of Rosfinmonitoring on November 17.

"Mikhail Mikhailovich Kasyanov, born on 12/08/1957, Moscow region," the website says.

On November 24, 2023, the Russian Ministry of Justice added Kasyanov to the register of foreign agents.
