Private Renat Dautov, as part of an artillery battery, provided fire support to Russian units when the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) opened artillery fire. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the exploits of servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces in the area of a special military operation on Friday, October 3.

During the counter-battery struggle, Dautov promptly carried out the orders of his command, ensuring continuous firing at the enemy with high professionalism. As a result, an artillery battery of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed three guns of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which forced the enemy to retreat.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the competent actions of Second Lieutenant Timur Nazipov, who commanded the assault group tasked with occupying the AFU stronghold.

The enemy organized an all-round defense, but the Russian military managed to break through to the base and gain a foothold in new positions. Nazipov correctly positioned his firepower and personnel, which made it possible to repel three counterattacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who tried to regain control of the stronghold.

Earlier, on October 2, the Russian Defense Ministry told how Guard Corporal Yuri Shadrin, as part of the crew of a T-90 tank, was carrying out the task of transporting assault groups to the AFU stronghold when the enemy opened fire on the combat vehicle.
