Endocrinologist and nutritionist Anton Polyakov called pumpkin seeds the most useful.

"If we talk about healthy seeds, I would pay attention to flaxseeds, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds," Polyakov said in an interview with aif.ru Thursday, October 2nd.

He noted that raw pumpkin seeds have an antiparasitic effect and are rich in zinc and other beneficial substances. The specialist added that flaxseed brewed with hot water has an enveloping effect and improves digestion.
