Calculations of the MLRS "Hurricane" disrupted the rotation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the zone of self-defense in the LPR

Calculations of the Uragan multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) of the 20th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Zapad group of forces struck at temporary locations for personnel and armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Lugansk People's Republic (LNR). As a result of the attack, the rotation of Ukrainian units was disrupted, the Russian Defense Ministry reported on September 30.

"All designated targets were hit with an accurate salvo of 220-mm rockets at a distance of more than 25 km," the ministry noted.

Unmanned vehicles were used to record the results, transmitting data in real time.

"Uragan", I will say, is one of our longest-range artillery installations. It hits the enemy's rear due to its power and range," said a senior officer of the rocket battery with the call sign Terek.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the gunners use high-explosive fragmentation ammunition, which causes maximum damage to fortifications and armored vehicles. After the salvo, the crews changed positions to avoid retaliatory fire.

MLRS installations operate from permanent camouflaged positions

Earlier, on September 26, the Ministry of Defense reported that the calculations of the Uragan MLRS of the Center group of forces destroyed a stronghold and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Red Army direction.
