Among the models of the Honda brand, there are models with a reliable reputation, such as the CR-V or Civic. At the same time, problematic copies are also found on the Russian secondary market, said auto expert Alexander Kovalev, who listed these cars.

"It's worth approaching the purchase of the eighth-generation Accord with caution. This car has typical problems: increased oil consumption, weak paintwork and not the most durable suspension. An additional risk is associated with the fact that some of these cars were imported into Russia in the status of "sawed" — it is extremely difficult to register them today," Rossiyskaya Gazeta quoted Kovalev as saying on September 24.

The expert called the Crosstour crossover the second unsuccessful Honda model. Its owners faced problems with the airbags, engine and braking system. This is not the most common model of the brand in the secondary market of the Russian Federation, which makes it difficult to find body parts.

In addition, the specialist called the Honda Fit model a problem due to a weak transmission and suspension, as well as regular ignition coil failures. Although these are not critical breakdowns, however, for a car that is positioned as an affordable and practical solution for every day, this is a significant disadvantage, the expert pointed out.

Earlier, on September 15, a specialist named frankly problematic copies of Nissan cars on the Russian secondary market.

Before that, on September 8, the auto expert listed the problematic Mazda models on the Russian secondary market. He called the second-generation Mazda 6 sedan one of the company's most controversial projects.
