This was announced on September 19 by the Palestinian Ambassador to Russia, Abdel Hafiz Nofal.

"Today they have to decide officially, but it is clear that they will not be given out. If they don't, we'll connect via video conferencing. Because this meeting will be very important for the country," TASS quoted him as saying.

He also noted that Israel is gradually losing its position in Europe, and therefore more and more states will begin to recognize and support Palestine.

"Israel has begun to lose relations with Europe and even with the United States. We are sure that the countries of Europe, Australia, Canada will begin to recognize Palestine, because they see what is really happening. Israel is losing relations in all directions," said the head of the Palestinian diplomatic mission.

On this day, the United States again vetoed the UN Security Council resolution on the ceasefire in Gaza. All other states, including permanent members Russia, China, Great Britain and France, have approved the document.

Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, said it was impossible to resolve the conflict in the Gaza Strip unless the United States changed its position on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
