The disappearance of the draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on changes in the calculation of scrap collection for passenger cars, which was posted on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts, is due to a technical malfunction. This was reported to Izvestia on September 15 by the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in response to a request.

Earlier that day, Telegram channels noticed that the published draft resolution was not displayed on the portal. There were suggestions that it was removed from public discussion for revision.

"At the moment, there is a technical glitch in the entire operation of the portal, due to which the system does not display the posted documents. Upon completion of the technical work to restore the functionality of the portal, the draft regulatory act will be displayed in the same form as it was uploaded earlier - at this stage, no changes are being made to it," the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation said.

The draft resolution proposes to introduce an additional indicator when calculating the recycling fee for passenger cars (M1 category). The base rate will be formed based on the type and volume of the engine, and the engine power will affect the formation of the coefficient on a progressive scale.

Earlier that day, it was reported that Jetour had canceled an event in Moscow on September 16 dedicated to the launch of the new T1 crossover in the Russian market.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
