Minsk has no illusions about resuming dialogue with Warsaw under the new Polish president, Karola Nawrocki. This was stated by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in an interview with the magazine "Scout".

"To be honest, we have no illusions about the imminent resumption of dialogue," he said.

The Belarusian leader stressed that Poles and Belarusians are not enemies of each other, but Warsaw "continues to make unfounded claims and accusations" against Minsk.

According to Lukashenko, Navrotsky is a supporter of NATO, so one should not expect any drastic changes in his position, clarifiesГазета.Ru ".

Earlier, on September 12, Poland closed the border crossings operating on the borders with Belarus. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic, Marcin Kervinsky, explained that the adoption of this decision was conditioned by the Russian-Belarusian strategic exercises Zapad-2025.

On the same day, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov said that Minsk was not concerned about Warsaw's decision to close the border, since these actions were primarily directed against the Polish state itself.
