Forecasters predicted warm weather for the weekend in Moscow
On the weekend of September 13 and 14, Muscovites expect warm and mostly cloudy weather. Both days will pass without significant precipitation. Yandex Weather analysts told Izvestia about this on September 12.
According to them, warm and cloudy weather is expected in Moscow on Saturday afternoon. The wind is south-easterly and southerly, with gusts up to 7 m/s. In the morning, the temperature will be +12 degrees, in the afternoon it will rise to +19 degrees, in the evening it will be about +16 degrees, and at night it will drop to +10 degrees.
"In the cities of the Moscow region, such as Odintsovo, Podolsk, Lyubertsy, Vidnoye and Domodedovo, the daytime temperature will be about +18 degrees, and weather conditions will remain similar to those in the capital," the forecasters said.
On Sunday, September 14, the weather will remain warm with variable clouds. The wind is southerly and southeasterly, with gusts up to 4 m/s. In the morning, the temperature will be +10 degrees, in the afternoon the air will warm up to +20 degrees, in the evening it is expected to be about +17 degrees, and at night — about +11 degrees. In the Moscow region, the temperature background will be close to Moscow, in some places one or two degrees lower.
On September 6, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, announced that summer weather would be established in the capital for a fairly long period during the week from September 8 to September 14. According to him, this was made possible by the anticyclone — it will be clear and cloudy in the Moscow region.
