Zeekr Auto has announced in China a software update for its cars that expands the capabilities of the multimedia system and driver assistants. In particular, electric cars have acquired a karaoke function without a microphone and an application for recording songs based on artificial intelligence, the Chinese portal Autohome reported on August 25.

With the latest update, Zeekr cars will be equipped with the functions of unlocking the car with a digital key using an iPhone and Apple Watch. The Eva virtual assistant with artificial intelligence has also been improved to improve user interaction.

In addition, electric cars have expanded the functions of autonomous driving and parking. Among other things, the system is able to memorize parking spaces in certain locations and is better able to navigate urban conditions, as well as an emergency braking system at low speed.

Zeekr electric cars are among the most popular cars in the Russian Federation with this type of power plant. As of the beginning of July, there were 65.2 thousand electric vehicles in Russia, Zeekr ranks second in terms of fleet size after Nissan.
