Former business partners of Elvis Presley's wife Priscilla accuse her of interfering in the death of their daughter Lisa Maria. According to them, she hastened Lisa Maria's death for financial gain. The plaintiffs— sales specialist Brigitte Cruz and collector Kevin Fialko, accused Priscilla, who was helped to earn money on behalf of her husband, of fraud, breach of contract and other civil offenses. According to them, as soon as they helped Priscilla regain financial stability, she abruptly cut off ties with them in the fall of 2023, denying the plaintiffs compensation for the film "Priscilla: Elvis and Me."

At the same time, she allegedly insisted that her ailing 54-year-old daughter agree to attend the Golden Globe Award ceremony with her, which was scheduled for January 10, 2024, because, in their opinion, Priscilla wanted to be the center of attention.

According to the publication, a few days later, on January 13, 2024, Lisa Marie was taken to the hospital, where Priscilla herself arrived.

"Priscilla rushed to West Hills Hospital, and despite Lisa's clear directive to 'prolong her life,' Priscilla turned her off after a few hours," the lawsuit says.

Priscilla's lawyer, in his two—page statement, noted that all the statements made by Cruz and Fialko are fabricated, and the lawsuit itself is one of the most "shameful, ridiculous, obscene and baseless claims." In addition, the human rights defender of Presley's granddaughter Riley Keough said that his client is also outraged by these accusations and "100%" supports her grandmother.
