The biker who killed actress Zemlyanikina fully admitted his guilt

Biker Sergei Generalov, who shot down the actress of the film "Moscow does not believe in tears" Elena Zemlyanikina in the capital, fully admitted his guilt. This became known on August 8 from court materials.

"Generalov Sergey Alexandrovich fully admitted his guilt in committing the alleged crime," TASS quoted the text of the document.

It is noted that the perpetrator of the accident was extended the term of the preventive measure in the form of house arrest. Previously, the person involved in the case had already been brought to criminal responsibility for robbery and drug possession.

Currently, the biker has been charged under Article 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of a person by negligence").

The court took into account the exemplary behavior of the artist and decided on parole.

The death of Elena Zemlyanikina became known on May 15. The actress was killed by a motorcycle on her way to university.
