There are no plans to open a criminal case into the death of sports commentator Alexander Grishin. This was reported to TASS by law enforcement agencies on August 6 .
"There are no plans to initiate criminal proceedings," the agency reports.
The law enforcement agencies clarified that the death occurred as a result of injury by an electric train and is not of a criminal nature. It is specified that criminal cases are not initiated for such incidents. The cases of deaths of minors were called an exception.
Grishin's death became known on August 5. His wife Anastasia reported that the man died in an accident on a railway platform in Podolsk in heavy rain.
