It is advisable not to postpone the purchase of school supplies for the second half of August, since the traditional rush before the first of September can increase prices by 15-25%, the expert noted. According to him, buying such goods on online platforms can help not only save time on shopping trips, but also reduce prices by 10-15% due to the discount system and the ability to compare prices from different sellers.

The expert also recommended buying stationery and teaching materials in bulk, including from manufacturers. It is advisable to make a stock for several years of office supplies that have long shelf lives without loss of consumer properties, Vasily Kutyin believes.
