US President Donald Trump has said that Europe must stop the entry of illegal migrants. He told Fox News about this at the airport after arriving in Scotland.

"It's better to get down to business, otherwise there will be no more Europe. You need to pull yourself together," the TV channel quoted him on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

Trump also noted the achievements of the US migration policy, stressing that he had evicted the "bad people" who arrived in the United States under former President Joe Biden.

Earlier, on July 23, US White House press Secretary Caroline Leavitt accused the Democrats of the consequences of Biden's migration policy. She noted that during Biden's presidency, the country was filled with millions of illegal migrants from around the world.

On May 5, the US Department of Homeland Security announced the government's plan to pay illegal migrants $1,000 each if they decide to leave the country on their own initiative. It was clarified that in order to receive payments, migrants need to register in the CBP Home application. After returning to his native country, which will be confirmed through the application, the US administration will transfer $ 1 thousand.
