The case of the terrorist attack in Crocus went to court

The indictment in the case of the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert Hall has been submitted to the 2nd Western District Military Court for consideration. This was reported to Izvestia on July 8 by one of the participants in the trial.

It is specified that the prosecutors approved the document on July 1.

Earlier, the accused of the terrorist attack stated that the organizer and the customer of the crime were the Ukrainian special services.

At least 27 defendants are involved in the case of the terrorist attack on March 22, 2024.

In March, Alexander Bastrykin, chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, announced the completion of investigative actions in the criminal case of the terrorist attack in Crocus in less than a year. On June 23, the official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Svetlana Petrenko, announced that the investigation into the terrorist attack had been completed.

The terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall took place on March 22, 2024. Terrorists in camouflage broke into the building, they started shooting and set fire to the concert hall. As a result of the attack, 149 people were killed and 609 injured.
