CSKA basketball players beat Zenit St. Petersburg and won the VTB United League

The Moscow basketball club (BC) CSKA beat Zenit from St. Petersburg and became the champion of the VTB United League for the 12th time. The meeting on June 9 ended with a score 96:73 (23:20, 29:19, 26:15, 18:19).

Point guard Melo Trimble scored 20 points as part of the winners. Trent Fraser scored for Zenit, he scored 17 points and was named the most valuable player of the playoffs.

The Moscow basketball club won the series with a score of 4:2. So, CSKA became the winner of the VTB United League for the 12th time, the club is the leader of the tournament in terms of the number of titles.
