An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) dropped a container of paint on the building of the Russian Embassy in Sweden. This was reported on May 25 in the press service of the diplomatic mission.

"The Russian Embassy in Sweden has been subjected to another drone attack. After flying over the territory of the diplomatic mission, the drone dropped a container of paint on the site in front of the main entrance," the Telegram channel of the Russian embassy says.

They noted that the incident occurred on the morning of May 25. In addition, the drone's operators used a glass container, which, when dropped from a height, can cause serious injury to people, the Russian Embassy stressed.

"Such attacks have been going on regularly for over a year now. The Embassy has repeatedly appealed to the Swedish police and the Swedish Foreign Ministry with urgent appeals to stop such attacks. <...> Nevertheless, there are no results. This clearly demonstrates Stockholm's disregard for the fundamental norms of international law," the diplomatic mission concluded.

In April, the Russian Embassy in Sweden also reported that containers of paint had been thrown in front of the building. Then, according to the diplomatic mission, a note was sent to the Swedish Foreign Ministry in connection with the act of vandalism. It was noted that investigations allegedly conducted by Swedish law enforcement agencies into previous incidents had not yielded any results.
