Representatives of more than 150 countries were invited to the annual international security conference in Moscow, which will be held on May 27-29. This was announced on May 12 by the press service of the Russian Security Council (SB).
"On May 27-29, 2025, the 13th international meeting of high representatives in charge of security issues will be held in Moscow under the chairmanship of Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu," the press service quoted TASS as saying.
It is specified that invitations have been sent to more than 150 countries of the global South and East, as well as to the CIS, CSTO, EAEU, and SCO countries to participate in the forum. In addition, the heads of more than 20 international organizations are invited to the event.
Shoigu announced on April 24 that over 150 countries would take part in the security conference in Moscow. He specified that the participants will discuss ways to strengthen cooperation with the states of the world majority in the field of security. In addition, modern Russian weapons and military equipment will be presented at the conference, as well as achievements in the field of information security.
