A five-year-old girl was injured when an APU drone hit a car in the Kursk region.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked a car in the village of Khomutovka with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), injuring a five-year-old child. This was announced on May 11 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.
"Today, in the village of Khomutovka in the Khomutovsky district, an enemy drone dropped an explosive device on a civilian car. Unfortunately, a five—year-old child was injured as a result of the blow," follows from a publication in the Telegram channel.
It is specified that the relatives independently delivered the girl to the nearest medical facility. On examination, doctors found shrapnel wounds to his back and leg. The child's parents were not injured in the attack.
On May 9, a 65-year-old man was injured in the Kursk region as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It was reported that the elderly man had multiple shrapnel wounds to his body. He received first aid.
