Over the last year, the number of vacancies with the keywords "AI-trainer" or "AI training" has almost tripled, Zurab Bely, head of Java development at Reksoft, told Izvestia.

At the same time, two years ago such a direction did not exist on the market, the expert emphasized. According to him, the rapid development of generative AI and the need for its adaptation to specific business tasks caused a sharp increase in demand for specialists in human-artificial intelligence interaction. In Russia, such vacancies mainly appear at startups and large companies.

"The main duties of AI-trainers include analyzing complex topics, fact-checking, evaluating and editing texts, and working with sources. Therefore, the profession of AI-trainer and AI development in general can partially or completely replace some traditional specialties - for example, copywriters, content managers, start-up lawyers, first-level tech support specialists," Zurab Bely said.

According to him, it can be assumed that the demand for AI specialists in the first half of 2025 will be 4-6 times higher than in the same period a year earlier. At the beginning of 2025, the dynamics remained or even intensified compared to 2024.

In 2024 alone, the number of AI-related jobs on the Avito Work platform has more than quadrupled, indicating a fundamental shift in business demands, Dmitry Puchkov, managing director of Avito Work, told Izvestia

"In marketing, for example, there is a demand for specialists who know how to work with neural networks to generate content, analyze audiences and personalize communications. Companies are looking for a new type of marketers - those who can not only come up with creative concepts, but also effectively use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney to create texts, images and even videos," the expert explained.
