Among the Russians surveyed, only 9% are completely satisfied with the development of their career. Slightly more than a quarter of respondents (26%) rather agree that their career is developing successfully. The same number treat development neutrally. One in five respondents (21%) is rather dissatisfied, and 17% are not at all satisfied with their career. This is stated in the results of the study of the service "Work.<url>", which were reviewed by Izvestia on May 5.

Speaking about the desired career changes, 47% of respondents want more opportunities for professional growth and development. For 27% of the respondents, the prospect of remote work is attractive. 24% would like to change their profession, the same number want to change their work schedule. The opportunity to express oneself in work is important for 24% of respondents, and 20% dream of starting their own business. 20% of the survey participants also seek to move to a larger company. Only 5% of respondents are interested in outsourcing work.

"At the same time, 49% of Russians, looking back in the past, would advise themselves at the beginning of their career to be more determined and not be afraid of anything. More than a third of the respondents (35%) believe that they should have studied more. Doing what you love would be the advice 33% of the respondents would give themselves. Making informed and considered decisions is a recommendation that 30% of the survey participants would have given themselves in the past," the study says.

In addition, 25% of Russians would urge themselves to be more independent, advising not to listen to anyone, and 22% of respondents would advise themselves to be more patient, strive for more and be more active. However, only 9% of the respondents believe that they should have worked harder.

Earlier, on April 22, it was reported that among the Russians surveyed, almost half (49%) gave priority to Moscow in workaholism — the capital is traditionally associated with a dynamic rhythm of life and high competition. This is stated in the results of a study of the services "Work.<url>" and "Part-time job". St. Petersburg ranks second (25%), Novosibirsk is third (14%).
