EDDS warned residents of Krasnodar about smoke in the city

Residents of Krasnodar on Monday, March 17, were advised to refrain from staying outdoors due to large fires and unfavorable wind patterns.
"The emergence of large fire centers along with an unfavorable wind rose in the city led to the emergence of extensive smoke zones," the Telegram channel of the Unified Duty and Dispatch Service (EDDS) of the city said.
They added that residents of the city from different districts received complaints about the smell of burning.
Earlier, on March 15, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Krasnodar Territory reported a fire in the village of Elizavetinskaya. It was clarified that a reed fire occurred on an area of 3 thousand square meters. m. 30 specialists and six pieces of equipment worked at the fire extinguishing site.
